WHAT IS SUBLIMATION?
Sublimation transfer prints are for White or Light Color Garments and textiles with 50% or higher polyester count (example: 50/50 blend material or higher). The sublimation ink actually binds with the polyester material to """"become one"""" with it and does not lay on top like other typical transfers. This means longer color vibrancy and life span. Please note: for the best results and deepest color saturation, we recommend applying to 100% polyester. We recommend using at least 65% polyester or higher for best results. Transfers can be applied to 50/50 materials or higher but will yield a lighter, similar to distressed, result. Many people have wonderful success with 50/50 but we just want you to be aware the higher the polyester count, the brighter the image.
WHAT IS DTF(DIRECT TO FILM)?
Direct to film printing is a unique printing technology that involves printing designs onto special films for transfer onto garments. DTF printing is a heat transfer process that has the ability to last as long as traditional silkscreen prints.
Sublimation Transfer Sizes:
-30oz Tumbler(10x9.4)
-20oz Tumbler (9.3x8.2)
-Can Coolie/Coffee Mug/Pocket 3" on longest side
-Tea Towel/Flour Sack/Pocket 4" on longest side
-Infant 5-6" on longest side
-Toddler 6-7" on longest side
-Youth 7-8" on longest side
-Adult 8.5x11 sheet size (recommend for shirts up to size L or XL)
-Adult XL 11x17 sheet size (recommend for shirts XL-3X)
-Adult XXL 13x19 sheet size (recommend for shirts 4x and up also used for welcome mats)
DTF Transfer Sizes:
-Infant 5-6" on longest side
-Toddler 6-7" on longest side
-Youth 7-8" on longest side
-Adult 11-12" on longest side
-Adult 13" on longest side
-Pocket/Logo/Coolie 3" on longest side
-Pocket/Logo/Tea Towel 4" on longest side
-All sizes are approximate and will be sized according to the design and are sized per the longest side
SUBLIMATION TRANSFER APPLICATION PROCESS:
-Pressure needs to be Med-Firm(high/heavy).
-Press for 385-400 degrees for 60 seconds every heat press has its own sweet spot for temperature. You may need to adjust your temperature to achieve the best results.
-A heat press is needed to apply these transfers.
-DO NOT USE A TEFLON SHEET!!
-Place Butcher paper on top of the transfer before pressing. (You can use copy paper in a pinch. Just cover the transfer sheet completely)
-Place butcher paper or copy in between front and back of shirt to prevent image transfer to back of shirt.
-We also suggest tearing the transfer as close as possible to the design to help reduce the chance of transfer sheet marks.
-Apply Heat tape to keep the transfer in place! Amazon carries this at reasonable price.
DTF TRANSFER APPLICATION PROCESS:
-WARM HEAT PRESS TO 300*
-PRE-PRESS SHIRT FOR 5 SECONDS TO REMOVE MOISTURE
-PLACE TRANSFER ONTO PRODUCT WITH IMAGE FACING YOU
-PRESS FOR 15 SECONDS WITH FIRM PRESSURE
-COLD PEEL-Peel transfer sheet off
-PLACE TEFLON/PARCHMENT SHEET/BUTCHER ON TOP OF IMAGE
-PRESS AGAIN FOR 8 MORE SECONDS
-NO FABRIC SOFTENER AND NO BLEACH, AND TUMBLE DRY ON LOW IS RECOMMENDED
PROCESSING, TAT, AND SHIPPING:
-Sublimation Transfer Processing time is 1-5 business days(this doesn't include weekends or holidays) and DTF Transfer Processing time is 7-14 business days(this does not include weekends, holidays, or vacations.). Large sales may delay processing times but will always be conveyed on website and in Facebook group.
-Shipping is via First Class Mail with tracking up to $25 over $25 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
-ROUTE INSURANCE IS AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED AT CHECKOUT AND IS A NOMINAL FEE BUT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. THEY WILL COVER YOUR PACKAGE AND PAY FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE REPLACED. IF YOU REMOVE THIS FROM YOUR ORDER WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACING YOUR ORDER IF IT IS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
-We will ship to whatever address you provide at checkout. We are not at fault for incorrect addresses, so, please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
***Currently USPS First Class Package with Tracking can and has been known to take anywhere from 1 to 17 days to get a package delivered to recipients. We CANNOT control the length of time it takes for a package to reach you once it leaves us and refunds will not be given if your package does not reach you in time. I suggest upgrading to Priority Mail.***
RETURNS OR DAMAGED GOODS:
-Due to the custom nature of these items, exchanges or refunds are not accepted. If an incorrect transfer was received, we will either refund you OR send out the correct transfer. If you have any other issues with your order please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order, so, that we may assist you in correcting the issue.
-If your package is damaged or lost during transit you will be referred to ROUTE INSURANCE to process your claim. If you remove ROUTE INSURANCE from your order at checkout we will not be responsible for damaged or lost packages as we offer this insurance for this specific reason.

Styles and brands will depend on what’s in stock.
We will use quality shirts like Gildan, Bella & Canvas, Comfort Colors and others if need be.
However, We will DO our best to get your first choice or anything within the comparable status.
7-14 business day TAT as all shirts are made to order. This time frame doesn't include weekends, holidays, or once shipped the transit time it takes to get to you.
