Refund policy

Returns/Refund:

If an incorrect transfer is received, we will either refund you OR send out the correct transfer.

Due to the custom nature of the items that are sold, exchanges or refunds are not accepted.
Here are some examples but not limited to just this list:
  • Gift Cards
  • Downlaoadable Products (i.e. digital designs)
  • Sublimation Transfers
  • DTF Transfers
  • Personalized Products

Damaged Items:

  • If you receive an item that is lost or damaged in shipping, you will need to make a claim with Package Insurance. They protect your items during shipping.
  • If you don't purchase Package Insurance, we will not be responsible for replacing or refunding items that have been lost or damaged during shipping. Package insurance is offered to you ,the customer, to cover these issues that can sometimes arise during shipping.


Sale items:
All Sales are Final.

Exchanges:

No refunds, exchanges, or returns. All items are custom made to order. All sales are final. 

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items we have given an approval for. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
