Shipping policy

Shipping times:

• Sublimation Transfer Orders TAT is 1-5 business days to be processed.
• DTF Custom Transfer Orders TAT is 3-6 business days. TAT doesn't start until design or file is approved for printing.
• Tumblers, Coffee Mugs, Campfire Mugs, License Plates TAT is 7-14 business days. 
• Once a tracking label is created, you will get an email that has your tracking number where you can then track your order!
• We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life happens and we are human.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
• Also, orders shipped via USPS may take longer as they are having issues with all of their shipping throughout the US.

Shipping cost:

• Orders up to $30 will ship $6.50 USPS First Class shipping with tracking. You may also Upgrade to UPS Ground Shipping for $10. You may purchase Insurance for an additional charge for your USPS First Class shipping via sending email to tripledsdesignscreations@gmail.com
• Orders over $30 will ship via USPS Priority mail or UPS Ground(whichever is cheapest) which includes tracking and insurance.
• Upgrade available to UPS Ground Shipping for $10 which includes tracking and insurance.
• WE STRONGLY ADVISE PURCHASING NAVIDIUM INSURANCE AT CHECKOUT IF YOU REMOVE NAVIDIUM INSURANCE AT CHECKOUT WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS/PACKAGES.
